DELIVERY & REFUNDS POLICY
COVID UPDATE: Please note that at present, deliveries outside of the UK are likely to be delayed and precise delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
All orders are processed in-house. This ensures we have complete control over the QC to ensure you receive your product safely and at the quality expected.
Prints are rolled in acid-free tissue paper and packaged securely into plastic-free tube packaging.
Postage for UK orders are handled by Royal Mail 1st class, and should arrive within 2-3 working days from the point of sale. Deliveries outside of the UK are handled by Royal Mail International Standard at the rate defined at checkout, and can take up to 5-8 working days to arrive.
Orders placed during the weekend will be processed Monday morning.
Bulk orders – For large orders (4+ prints), your order will be packaged securely into a postage box and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class.
You will receive an email to alert you once your order is on its way!
HANDLING YOUR PRINT
Please unpack and handle your print(s) carefully! A lot of prints feature solid colour, and whilst they look awesome, they will show up fingerprints and scuffs if mis-handled!
Whilst we’re confident your prints will arrive safely, on occasions we understand they may be damaged during transit.
We will re-send, at no cost, another copy in the event your print arrives damaged, providing that photographic evidence of the postage container and print are sent to us within 14 days of receipt of the product. This will help up improve our packaging to prevent it from happening again in future.
In the extremely rare occurrence where an inaccuracy or spelling error has been discovered, we will re-send, at no cost, a replacement print with corrections made. Please note, this does not include colour or play design inaccuracies. which is deliberately depicted to not reflect true scale.
Should you have a change of heart, or the quality is just not as good as hoped, you can return your print(s) to receive a full refund, if made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Once we are in receipt of the returned product(s), your refund will be processed immediately.
